Seevent Plastics are committed to providing customers with a consistently high level of quality in both products and services. It is an independent company, which has held the same regard for maintaining high-quality standards since the company was formed in 1987.

Seevent Plastics are recognised as a leading manufacturer and supplier of quality polythene products and are a Member of the Packaging and Industrial Films Association (PIFA). It also has systems and procedures in place, in accordance with the BS EN ISO 9001:2000 quality system, to manage the delivery of the uncompromising quality standards it sets out to achieve.

There are procedures in place to ensure product quality is not compromised and these are subject to regular internal audits and management reviews. Systems and procedures enable continual compliance to quality procedures, and are developed and refined as necessary to control sales, production and delivery.

The company mission is to deliver quality polythene products to the entire satisfaction of its customers and this is achieved through unceasing attention to every detail.

In the unlikely event of a customer complaint, this will be dealt with professionally and efficiently, and where remedial action is necessary, this will be undertaken promptly. All activities will be monitored to enable the effectiveness of any remedial action to be assessed in order that a path of continuous improvement can be followed.

The current quality assurance policies are reviewed and updated by the company directors on an ongoing basis. This ensures that they remain valid to the business as it develops, reflects changes occurring in the market place and takes into account any technological advances and improvements in practices and standards.
